SATURDAY SWING
I created the acrylic mixed media street art piece “SATURDAY SWING” on commission for a very nice couple. They had been searching for five years for a suitable piece of art that they both really liked. They had their eye on “SATURDAY SWING” but felt that the original dimensions were not large enough for their wall.
First, they came to my studio to see the work in real life. Then they knew for sure: we want this work on our wall. This painting fits in our living space!
I received several photos of their living room to try out the painting and see what size would be best.
We discussed it together and decided on a work of art measuring 140 x 100 x 4 cm.
Many thanks to this couple for their wonderful cooperation and trust in me to recreate this painting in a large format.

"Saturday Swing" aims to make viewers reflect on the transitory nature of youth, where moments of joy and connection serve as a counterpoint to the relentless march of progress.
