Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your recent purchase, I am happy to accept an original artwork returned in its original condition. Any artwork that is damaged, altered, or not in its original packaging will not be accepted for return.

You have the right to cancel your purchase, for any reason, within 14 days of having received the work. If you wish to exercise this right, please inform me of your cancellation by emailing me at dbwaterman@gmail.com. After cancelling the purchase, you have to return the work to me within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the work to me.
For returns in accordance with this policy and applicable law, I offer a full refund, provided that the work(s) that you return are in the same condition they were in when shipped to you. This means that the work(s) should not be damaged, soiled, or altered.
When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, which could take up to 10 work days. Any refunds made by me will be made to the method of payment provided when you place your order. The refund will include the costs of initial delivery, but it will exclude the cost of returning the package to me which will be your responsibility.
Returns are also only accepted if the same shipment method is used to return the work(s) as the one used to ship the work to you, which includes insurance. Moreover, you will have to use the exact packaging material I used to pack the work(s) for their return shipment. You will be liable for any damage suffered by the artwork when returning it to me.
Which works can I return?

The following works will not be eligible for a refund:

Works that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)

Works without original packaging or labels

Works that are not in their original state

Products or packaging in poor condition
