There was a time when children played outside from sunrise to sunset, their laughter echoing through the streets. This Urban Landscape artwork captures that nostalgic innocence against an urban backdrop where time has left its mark.

Inspired by weathered walls with peeling posters and faded paint, my work transforms decay into beauty. In this work, part of my Collages series, I interweave original photography, aged paper, acrylic, oil paint, charcoal, ink and pencil to create a textured, multidimensional world.

Each collage is an amalgamation of fragments I have collected over the years - memories, images and materials that tell forgotten stories.

I have always been attracted to the raw, imperfect charm of ruined surfaces, and through my art I bring them back to life with a fresh, professional eye.
