My artwork 'It Seemed Such a Good Idea' has been selected as one of the the 13 finalists in the Octopus Energy 'Portraits From the Precipe' art prize. This is a project jointly organized by Octopus Energy and Artfinder to raise awareness for climate change in the run-up to the UN's COP26 summit in Glasgow this year (2020).

Artists from all over the world have submitted their work for consideration to participate in the world's biggest outdoor art exhibition. The submissions need to reflect an interpretation of 'What climate change means to you'.

Starting off in November 2019, my art, together with many others, was featured in London's train stations, undergrounds, and other public places.
'Portraits of the Precipe' has inspired people to look at art and climate change in a different way, as it signals the possibility of art turn to this topical issue as well.

My artwork was also chosen by BEIS (Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy) to be used on postcards to represent the project, which was distributed to key stakeholders, influencers and events taking place during the Projects of the Precipe project!.
